合成了一种以氟化硼络合二吡咯甲川类染料为荧光团,Schiff碱结构为识别体的Cu2+荧光猝灭探针。在pH7.36的缓冲溶液中,当Cu2+浓度达到5.0×10-5mol/L时,探针在最大发射波长为518 nm处的荧光强度减弱80%以上,且其识别作用不受其他金属离子干扰。Cu2+浓度在3.0×10-7~7.0×10-6mol/L范围内,探针的荧光强度与Cu2+浓度有较好的线性关系,可以定量检测中性水溶液中Cu2+含量。
A Cu2 + fluorescence quenching probe with bifluoropyrylmethane dye as fluorophore and Schiff base as an acceptor was synthesized. When the concentration of Cu2 + reached 5.0 × 10-5mol / L in buffer solution of pH7.36, the fluorescence intensity of the probe at the maximum emission wavelength of 518 nm was reduced by more than 80%, and its recognition effect was not disturbed by other metal ions . Cu2 + concentration in the range of 3.0 × 10-7 ~ 7.0 × 10-6mol / L, the fluorescence intensity of the probe and Cu2 + concentration has a good linear relationship, quantitative detection of Cu2 + in neutral aqueous solution.
