在引发医患关系紧张的诸多因素中,与医务人员的爱心、同情心、责任心和法律意识缺失有关,常常因医务人员的服务态度和同理心不足等问题引发医患纠纷甚至导致冲突。文章结合案例围绕医务人员的同理心、职业责任感以及职业素质及自律等方面进行思考,认为提高医务人员职业素质是一个亟待解决的问题。提出应该加强人文医学的源头教育、注重医务人员的素质培养、依法、依规规范医疗行为。重视和加强医务人员职业素质和医德修养的培养,应当成为医院文化建设的首要任务,应该抓紧、抓好、抓落实。医务人员更要从自身做起,恪守“慎独”和职业自律,用人文关怀和良好的医术服务于患者,促进医患关系的和谐。
Among the many factors that cause the tension between doctors and patients, they are related to lack of love, compassion, sense of responsibility and legal awareness of medical staff. They often lead to disputes between doctors and patients and even conflicts due to such problems as medical staff’s service attitude and empathy. Based on the case, the article ponders over the empathy, occupational responsibility, professional quality and self-discipline of medical personnel, and thinks that improving the occupational quality of medical personnel is an urgent problem to be solved. It is suggested that we should strengthen the source education of humanistic medicine, pay attention to the quality training of medical personnel, standardize the medical behavior in accordance with the law and according to the rules. Pay attention to and strengthen the professional quality of medical personnel and the cultivation of medical ethics should become the primary task of the hospital culture construction. Medical staff should start from themselves and abide by “Cautious ” and career self-discipline, with humanistic care and good medical services to patients, and promote the harmony between doctor-patient relationship.
