对于总部迁移区位选择,已有研究重点关注了逆向迁移问题。学者们基于理性选择视角,以新经济地理学派为理论基础,提出了外部集聚观理论,认为总部更倾向了迁往总部集聚优势和信息沟通优势(后文把二者简称为区位优势)更为显著的区位,通过获得迁入地更高的区位优势提高总部运营效率。尽管我国学者也证实了外部集聚观,但主要采取的是描述性分析,相关的实证研究仍较为缺乏,尤其是缺乏以我国上市公司为研究样本的实证研究。为此,本文以2003—2011年沪深两市A股上市公司总部迁移案例为研究对象,对影响其总部迁移目标区位选择的影响因素进行实证分析。研究验证了外部集聚观在中国上市公司总部迁移中的部分适用性,其中,总部集聚优势对企业总部迁移目标区位选择有重要影响,但信息沟通优势的影响并不显著。
For the selection of the location of relocation headquarters, the existing research has focused on the issue of reverse migration. Based on the theory of the new economic geography and based on the theory of the new economic geography, scholars put forward the theory of external agglomeration and think that the headquarters are even more inclined to the advantages of relocating to the headquarters and information superiority (hereinafter referred to as location superiority for short) Significant location, improving headquarters operational efficiency by gaining greater geographical advantage of moving in. Although our country scholars also confirm the external agglomeration view, it mainly adopts the descriptive analysis, and the relevant empirical research is still scarce, especially the lack of empirical research on the listed companies in our country. Therefore, this paper takes the case of the relocation of A-share listed company headquarters in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange from 2003 to 2011 as the research object, and makes an empirical analysis of the influencing factors of the location choice of the relocation target of its headquarters. The research verifies the partial applicability of external agglomeration in the relocation of headquarters in Chinese listed companies. The superiority of agglomeration has an important influence on the location choice of relocating corporate headquarters, but the influence of information communication advantage is not significant.
