目前,培训对于电力企业而言,显得越来越重要。技能的培训与开发越来越成为电力企业的核心业务流程,培训受到极其的关注,但当前电力企业技能培训不能使员工将从培训中所学习、获得的知识,广泛运用到今后的工作当中,从而导致培训投入与产出的严重失调。因此,本文主要研究电力企业通过引入培训迁移的概念,通过使用一系列管理策略,促进培训迁移的发生,从而提高电力企业的绩效。
At present, training is becoming more and more important to power companies. Training and development of skills are becoming more and more the core business processes of electric power enterprises. Training has drawn the utmost attention. However, the current skills training of electric power enterprises can not enable staff to widely apply the acquired knowledge acquired from training to their future work. Resulting in a serious imbalance in training inputs and outputs. Therefore, this paper mainly studies the concept of electric power enterprises through the introduction of training migration, through the use of a series of management strategies to promote the occurrence of training and migration, so as to improve the performance of power enterprises.
