[目的]对AAPM报告的MRI设备应用质量性能标准的评价。[方法]对2002年检测的40台MRI设备的应rrrrrrrrn用质量性能参数进行统计分析。[结果]按场强大小分组的各项性能参数值和分别按均匀度、线性度误差(畸变)、层厚误rrrrrrrrn差、空间分辨力、低对比度分辨力分组的设备台数和百分数。[结论]AAPM报告尚未提出信噪比的标准,该标准应该按rrrrrrrrn场强分组制订,场强分为<0.5T、0.5T、1.0T、1.5-2.0T四组。该报告均匀度80%的标准偏低;空间分辨力1mm的标准偏rrrrrrrrn高;线性度误差(畸变)小于5%和层厚误差±1mm的标准较合适;该报告缺少低对比度分辨力的检测项目和有关标准,低rrrrrrrrn对比度分辨力标准应根据不同场强制订,场强分为<0.5T和≥0.5T两组。
[Objective] To evaluate the quality performance standards of MRI equipment reported by AAPM. [Methods] The statistical data of 40 MRI equipment detected in 2002 were analyzed with mass performance parameters.
