缩进比是液体火箭发动机气液同轴式喷嘴设计中一个重要参数。本文对缩进比对喷嘴雾化特性的影响进行了实验研究。结果表明;在不同工作参数下不同缩进比的喷嘴,其雾化特性有一定的差别。缩进比对雾化细度的影响不如其对雾化的流强和混合比分布及噪声等的影响明显。在气侧压降较小时,缩进比过大过小都不利于雾化;而在气侧压降较大时,缩进比较大或较小都会对雾化有一定的改善。但当缩进比过大时,气液之间的相互作用会使得液体喷注压降明显地波动。
Indentation ratio is an important parameter in the design of a liquid-propellant rocket engine gas-liquid coaxial nozzle. In this paper, the effect of indentation ratio on the atomization characteristics of the nozzle is studied experimentally. The results show that there are some differences in the atomization characteristics of nozzles with different indentation ratios under different operating parameters. The effect of indentation ratio on atomization fineness is not as pronounced as that of atomization flow intensity and mixing ratio distribution and noise. In the gas-side pressure drop is small, the indentation is too small is not conducive to atomization; and in the gas-side pressure drop larger, indentation larger or smaller will have some improvement in atomization. However, when the indentation ratio is too large, the interaction between the gas and liquid causes the pressure drop of the liquid jet to fluctuate significantly.
