Sediment dynamics studies of the Seine estuary and its adjacent shelf make it possible to draw some conclusions as to the exchange of sediments between the two shelves. Sediment sediments are moved to the Seine estuary where sediment is mixed with sediment. They were transported from the land to the shelf at low sea level, after which the dominant tidal currents and the flow of currents led them to move to the coast. The tidal effect caused a maximum turbidity zone in estuaries, resulting from strong resuspension Blocking sediment transport (from the river and the sea). During the river flood, turbid belts tend to expand to the sea and allow the sediments to re-disperse onto the shelf. This is reinforced by human remodeling of the estuary. However, Mainly due to the current water flow patterns caused by dredging operations and slowing the diffusion of alluvial deposits into the sea, human beings have changed the natural role of estuaries and transformed it from sedimentary depressions to sources of alluvial supplies to the shelf. This paper presents a preliminary concept of sediment deposition that takes into account the diversity of sediment sources and the dynamics of sediment dynamics.
