从中草药马先蒿属(Pedicularis)全草或根的乙醇提取液中分离的7种苯丙苷:稗苷、毛蕊花苷、米团花苷A、角胡麻苷、马先蒿苷A、马先蒿苷M和马先蒿苷N.研究它们对通过脉冲辐解水而产生的羟自由基的清除作用,精确测得羟自由基被苯丙苷类清除的反应速率常数在(0.97~1.91)×10~(10) L·mol~(-1)·s~(-1)之间,表明清除作用很强。苯丙苷类分子结构中酚羟基的数目越多,清除能力越强。清除能力还与分子结构中有无邻位二羟基有关。
Seven kinds of phenylpropionides isolated from the ethanolic extracts of the whole plant or root of Pedicularis of Chinese herbal medicine: glycosides such as glycoside, verbascoside, rice glycoside A, ginsenosides A, antisera A, N. Studying their scavenging effects on hydroxyl radicals generated by pulsed water splitting, it was found that the reaction rate constants of hydroxyl radical scavenging by phenylpropyrin were precisely (0.97 ~ 1.91) × 10 ~ (10) L · mol ~ (-1) · s ~ (-1), indicating that the scavenging effect is very strong. Phenylalanin molecular structure of the phenolic hydroxyl number, the more scavenging ability. Scavenging ability is also related to the presence or absence of ortho-dihydroxy groups in the molecular structure.
