1949-1952年是新中国政权巩固及国家重建的三年,也是从旧社会过来的中小学教师适应新社会、初步接受改造的三年。思想学习是中小学教师思想改造的基本形式,它通常表现为日常的政治时事学习与假期的集训与轮训,学习的主要内容以提高政治思想觉悟为主。从此,思想学习逐渐融入教师的日常生活,中小学教师在思想意识领域开始了进入新社会的过程。
1949-1952 was the consolidation of the new Chinese government and the reconstruction of the country for three years, but also from the old society, primary and secondary school teachers to adapt to a new society, initially accepted the transformation of three years.
