1960年5月20日为了促进炼铁、炼钢的小土群和小洋群的发展,保证完成和超额完成国家钢铁生产任务,我省将从农村中抽调一批民工,分期分批地组织到修建轻便铁路、土铁路、公路、采矿、采煤、运输、炼钢、炼铁等方面。此项劳力分配,将由省经委和劳动厅具体安排下达。现将上述民工的粮食和食油供应作如下通知:一、对组织人民公社社员参加炼钢、炼铁、采矿、采煤、修路等工作所需的粮食,仍贯彻执行自带留量国家给予差额补供的办法。为了不过多增大国家粮食供应量,各人民公社管理区对调出参加上述劳动的民工,每人每天应按一斤粮票携带,另由国家给予补供粮食半斤。
