对10件密封名义直径为174mm的刷密封在试验器上进行了一系列静、动态泄漏特性试验。试验结果表明,刷密封具有优异的密封性能,其静、动态泄漏率小于精确设计的5齿0.25mm间隙的篦齿封严的1/3,是4齿0.5mm间隙的篦齿封严的1/10。在发动机内流系统中以刷密封替代蓖齿封严可使发动机性能有显著提高。
A series of static and dynamic leakage characteristics tests were carried out on 10 testers with a nominal seal diameter of 174 mm. The test results show that the brush seal has excellent sealing performance, the static and dynamic leakage rate is less than the precise design of the 5 teeth 0.25mm gap labyngeal seal 1/3, is a 4 tooth 0.5mm gap labyrinth seal 1 / 10. In the engine flow system to replace the grate seal brush seal can make a significant increase in engine performance.
