以天山花楸和西伯利亚花楸秋色叶树种做为研究对象,对2个树种叶片中叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、花青素和可溶性糖含量的动态变化进行测定分析。结果表明:2种花楸叶片经过30~33 d的秋叶变色期,由绿色逐渐变为黄绿色、黄色、橘黄色、黄红色、红色等;随着气温的下降各树种叶绿素含量和胡萝卜素含量逐渐下降;花青素含量呈现逐渐上升趋势,西伯利亚花楸的花青素含量比天山花楸高34.38%。天山花楸可溶性糖含量随着气温的下降迅速上升从1.962 mg/g上升至12.065 mg/g;而西伯利亚花楸可溶性糖含量变化比较平稳在2.276~2.588 mg/g之间。认为适当的低温与湿润的空气、土壤以及避风的小环境条件是西伯利亚花楸和天山花楸叶片保持鲜艳并延长观叶期的主要因素。
Taking the Tianshan Sorbus and Siberian Ash Tree as the research object, the dynamic changes of chlorophyll, carotenoid, anthocyanin and soluble sugar contents in leaves of two tree species were measured and analyzed. The results showed that the leaf color of two Sorbus aucuparia leaves changed from green to yellow-green, yellow, orange, yellow-red, and red after 30-33 d. With the decrease of temperature, the chlorophyll content and carotenoid content The content of anthocyanins showed a gradual upward trend, and the anthocyanin content of Sorbus Siberian was 34.38% higher than that of Sorbus tianshanica. The soluble sugar content of Sorbus tianschanica rose rapidly from 1.962 mg / g to 12.065 mg / g as the temperature dropped. However, the soluble sugar content of Sorbus sibirica was relatively stable between 2.276 and 2.588 mg / g. Suitable low-temperature and humid air, soil and sheltered small environmental conditions are the main factors that keep the leaves of Sorbus Siberian and Tianshan Sorbus leaves bright and extend the foliage period.
