用体外半固体集落培养方法 ,观察不同浓度姜黄素 ( 10 - 8~ 10 - 4 mol·L- 1 )对BALB/c小鼠骨髓粒 巨噬系祖细胞 (CFU GM)及骨髓单核系白血病干细胞 (WEHI 3B细胞系 )增殖的影响。结果显示 ,姜黄素呈剂量依赖性抑制CFU GM和WEHI 3B细胞增殖 ,其半抑制剂量 (IC5 0 )分别为 1.0 36× 10 - 5 mol·L- 1 和 1.2 2 0× 10 - 6 mol·L- 1 。表明姜黄素对WEHI 3B白血病细胞的抑制作用强于对CFU GM的作用
In vitro semi-solid colony culture method was used to observe the effects of different concentrations of curcumin (10 -8 ~ 10 -4 mol·L -1 ) on bone marrow macrophage progenitor cells (CFU GM) and myelomonocytic leukemia in BALB/c mice. Effects of proliferation of stem cells (WEHI 3B cell line). The results showed that curcumin inhibited the proliferation of CFU GM and WEHI 3B cells in a dose-dependent manner. The half inhibitors (IC50) were 1.036×10 -5 mol·L-1 and 1.22.0×10 -6 mol·L, respectively. - 1 . Shows that curcumin inhibits WEHI 3B leukemia cells more strongly than CFU GM
