Bell’s paralysis (BP) is clinically common, with an annual incidence of 13 to 23 per 100 000 population. However, bilateral paralysis is rare and comprehensive, accounting for about 1% of all BP patients. This article reports 4 cases of bilateral BP patients, 1 male and 3 female, aged 4 to 18 years. Right facial muscle paralysis in Example 1 is worse than the left; Example 2 is the opposite. However, both of the two cases were found to be weak in bilateral facial muscles at the time of onset, and the total recovery time was the same on both sides. Example 3 first paralysis of the right facial muscle occurs, and its duration is longer; left paralysis, but appeared before but recovered in the right side. Example 4 Paralysis of the left facial muscle initially, left paralysis disappeared in the right paralysis. Three of the four patients had either a viral or suspected viral disease before onset of BP, with no laboratory or clinical evidence of diabetes or infectious mononucleosis. All patients received prednisone treatment, the condition is
