利用差速离心方法由杜氏利什曼原虫812株前鞭毛体提取的粗制核糖体成分,以厌氧棒状菌苗为佐剂,对金色仓鼠进行免疫后,用心腔注射同株利什曼原虫前鞭毛体的攻击方法,证明核糖体成分按蛋白含量计算400μg与1mg厌氧棒状菌苗腹腔免疫三次后,具有明显的保护作用。按Stauber方法计算的肝、脾原虫负荷与对照组和200μg核糖体免疫组有明显差异。
Using differential centrifugation method, crude ribosomes extracted from 812 strains of Leishmania donovani were used as adjuvant to immunize golden hamsters, Promastigotes body attack method to prove that the ribosome composition by protein content of 400μg and 1mg anaerobic coryncium peritoneal immunization after three times, with significant protective effect. According to Stauber method calculated liver and spleen protozoa burden and the control group and 200μg ribosomal immune groups were significantly different.
