大型的初轧机、四辊中厚板轧机、四辊热带钢轧机、四辊冷带钢轧机及HC轧机等主要结构参数之间都存在着某种统计规律,在资料中已给出了统计关系。对于单(双)八辊轧机是否也存在着某种关系?本文对此作了统计分析。 以目前文献中所能查到的部分单(双)八辊轧机的技术数据为子样,以标志板带材轧机规格的辊身长L为自变量,以工作辊直径D_W、支承辊直径D_u、中间辊直径D_I、侧向支承辊直径D_S及工作辊偏心距e等参数为因变量进行统计分析。 单(双)八辊轧机原理图如图1所示。
There are some statistical rules between the major structural parameters of large-scale initial mill, four-roll plate mill, four-roller hot strip mill, four-roll cold strip mill and HC mill. In the current literature can be found in some of the single (double) eight-roll mill technical data as a sample to mark plate and strip mill roll length L as an independent variable to work roll diameter D_W, roll diameter D_u, Middle roll diameter D_I, lateral support roll diameter D_S and work roll eccentricity e and other parameters as the dependent variable for statistical analysis.
