针对设备的预维修策略问题,提出了一种基于可靠度和效用的方法。方法考虑了设备使用过程中的质量问题,引入质量损失函数,建立了设备维修总成本函数。在此基础上,结合引入的失效率递增因子,建立了设备最佳可靠度模型,求解得到最佳维修周期;结合引入的可靠度恢复函数,建立了设备维修的效费比函数,求解得到设备的最佳维修方式。运用Matlab编程仿真求解出满足设备可靠性和效费比要求的预维修计划。
Aiming at the pre-maintenance strategy of equipment, a method based on reliability and utility is proposed. The method considers the quality problems in the process of equipment usage, introduces the mass loss function, and establishes the total cost function of equipment maintenance. On this basis, combined with the introduced failure rate increasing factor, the optimal reliability model of equipment is established and the optimal maintenance cycle is obtained.
