近年来国内外已证实柯萨奇B组病毒(CoxB)在世界各地感染较为广泛,我国成人感染的报道较多,但婴幼儿资料甚少。为探索本病毒在武汉地区的感染情况,笔者对疑似病毒性脑膜炎的患儿进行了CoxB-IgM、CoxB-IgG检测,并对CoxB1～6型特异性IgM进行了分型测定,现报告如下。
