自从1963年Kula等用~1H-NMR研究了金属EDTA络合物在水溶液中核磁谱和pH的关系以后,20多年来这方面研究一直未间断过。这是因为NMR方法不但可以研究其结构和立体化学问题,而且还可以在适当体系中研究金属和配位体间的迁移性及分子内的动态过程。1981年Mirti等观察到La-EGTA和Lu-EGTA的动态核磁共振谱(DNMR)。
Since 1963, Kula and other ~ 1H-NMR study of metal EDTA complex in aqueous solution NMR spectroscopy and pH relationship, more than 20 years of research has been uninterrupted. This is because NMR methods not only investigate their structural and stereochemical problems, but also investigate the mobility and intramolecular dynamics of metals and ligands in appropriate systems. In 1981, Mirti et al. Observed the dynamic nuclear magnetic resonance spectra (DNMR) of La-EGTA and Lu-EGTA.
