用广州医疗器械厂产WFB-ⅡB型体外反搏装置治疗冠心病心绞痛55例,心绞痛症状显效57.7％、改善42.3％,有效率100％,心电图显效38.5％,改善38.5％,有效率77％。表明心绞痛症状疗效高于心电图疗效,且劳累性心绞痛疗效优于自发性心绞痛,对其中15例于反搏前后用Aloka—710心脏B超做左室功能测定表明SV、CO、CI、EF等指标均有明显改善,对改善症状、心电图表现有效的22例随访3～24个月,多数病人可保持一年疗效,二年疗效明显降低。体外反搏一般无明显副作用,应注意禁忌症。
55 cases of coronary heart disease angina pectoris were treated with WFB-ⅡB EECP manufactured by Guangzhou Medical Apparatus Factory. The symptoms of angina pectoris were markedly improved 57.7%, 42.3%, effective rate 100%, electrocardiogram 38.5%, improved 38.5%, and effective rate 77%. The results showed that the curative effect of angina pectoris was higher than that of electrocardiogram and the effect of exertional angina pectoris was better than that of spontaneous angina pectoris. The left ventricular function of Aloka-710 heart B ultrasound before and after counterpulsation was used to show the indexes of SV, CO, CI, EF Were significantly improved, to improve the symptoms, ECG effective 22 cases were followed up for 3 to 24 months, most patients can maintain a year of efficacy, two-year efficacy was significantly reduced. EECP generally no obvious side effects, should pay attention to contraindications.
