东台市水利运输处是有3个船队和1个船舶保养场的自收自支集体事业单位。近几年来他们坚持按劳分配原则,对工资报酬进行了改革尝试,特别是事业单位工改后对工资中活的部分的分配进行了有益的探索,充分发挥物质利益分配的导向、杠杆和激励作用。使单位经济效益逐年上升,从1990年亏损16万元,到近两年创利税69万元。
Dongtai Water Conservancy and Transportation Department is a self-supporting collective unit with 3 fleets and 1 ship maintenance yard. In recent years, they insisted on the principle of distribution according to work and tried to reform the wage payment. In particular, after the reform, the public institutions conducted a useful exploration of the distribution of live parts in wages and gave full play to the orientation, leverage and incentives of material benefits distribution effect. So that the economic efficiency of the unit increased year by year, from loss of 160,000 yuan in 1990 to a profit and tax of 690,000 yuan in the past two years.
