应用免疫组织化学技术,观察并探讨膀胱移行细胞癌中bFGF表达及其对肿瘤微血管形成能力及肿瘤细胞增殖能力的影响。结果显示:阳性反应物位于肿瘤细胞及逼尿肌细胞胞浆中,浸润型膀胱癌bFGF除肿瘤细胞合成外还来自对逼尿肌的破坏。表达阳性率为26.67%,其表达与临床分期、分级有明显关系(P<0.05)。并且表达组肿瘤微血管密度及增殖细胞指数均高于未表达组(P<0.05),提示bFGF在膀胱移行细胞癌中有促进微血管形成及肿瘤细胞增殖的作用。阳性组复发率及死亡率均高于阴性组则提示bFGF对肿瘤发展有重要作用。
Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the expression of bFGF in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder and its effect on tumor angiogenesis and proliferation of tumor cells. The results showed that the positive reaction was located in the cytoplasm of tumor cells and detrusor myocytes, and the infiltrating bladder cancer bFGF was derived from detrusor destruction besides the synthesis of tumor cells. The positive expression rate was 26.67%, which was significantly correlated with clinical stage and grade (P <0.05). The expression of microvessel density and proliferating cell index in the expression group were higher than those in the non-expression group (P <0.05), which indicated that bFGF could promote the formation of microvessel and the proliferation of tumor cells in bladder transitional cell carcinoma. The positive rate of recurrence and mortality were higher than the negative group, suggesting that bFGF plays an important role in tumor development.
