目的:探索构建住院药师师资实践教学能力培训与考核体系。方法:针对师资和住院药师开展本底调研和师生双向评价,再基于需求进行带教能力培训,然后进行理论和实践带教考核,最后总结反馈,并将构建的考核模式在北京市住院药师规范化培训基地动态评估中应用。结果:初步构建了师生双向评价标准、实践带教考核模式和实践带教方案及其评价标准。创建的师资自命题模式、实践带教考核评分标准以及学员评分标准在北京市得以推广应用。结论:通过师资培训和考核体系构建,提高了住院药师师资的专业技能和教学能力,为培养合格住院药师提供了师资保障,为北京市住院药师规范化培训基地动态评估提供了良好借鉴。
Objective: To explore the construction of in-service pharmacist teachers practice teaching ability training and assessment system. Methods: To carry out background research and teachers and students two-way evaluation for teachers and inpatients, and then to teach ability training based on demand, and then to conduct theoretical and practical teaching assessment, and finally summarize the feedback, and build the assessment model in Beijing City resident pharmacists Application of Dynamic Assessment of Standardized Training Base. Results: The two-way evaluation standard for teachers and students, the teaching mode of teaching and practice and the teaching plan and evaluation criteria were initially constructed. Created teachers since the proposition mode, the practice of teaching evaluation standards and student grading standards in Beijing to promote the use of. Conclusion: Through the construction of teacher training and evaluation system, the professional skills and teaching ability of inpatient pharmacists are improved, and the teachers’ support is provided for the training of qualified inpatients. It provides a good reference for the dynamic assessment of standardized training bases for inpatients in Beijing.
