这几年我一直在养老院清静地安度晚年,最近有许多老盆友向我反映了许多分会方面的问题,询问我的意见。主要归纳为三方面的事比较突出,我想就这三个方面说说我的意见。(一)分会的办事机构秘书处要搬家,秘书长要换人。我听了这个消息很惊讶!协会是群众团体,一些重大的事项都由理事会民主商讨决定,因为理事会是分会的最高权力机构,像秘书处由北京迁到上海,秘书长换人这样的重要事件,没有理事会的决议是无 In recent years, I have been quietly retiring in old age homes.
