输油站区的阴极保护系统具有接地规模大、地下金属结构复杂、干扰屏蔽问题突出,以及电耗高、安全要求也高等特点,在设计前期应该进行足够的现场勘测和资料调研,对已建设施则需要进行绝缘处理。设计阴极床的时候要综合考虑站区现状和保护需求,来选择深井阳极或者浅埋阳极保护方式。为了达到满意的保护效果,还应该在通电试运行后对阴极保护系统进行调试。目前的站区阴极保护设计存在着保护电流偏高、大型储罐底板中心的实际保护效果不易判定、保护系统参数有波动等问题,需要考虑在罐底安装辅助阳极或者长效参比电极,同时设置专人管理阴极保护系统。
