乳酸菌(LAB)是指一群能利用可发酵碳水化合物产生大量乳酸的细菌总称。从形态上可分为杆状和球状2大类,并且多数为革兰氏染色呈阳性,无氧条件下生长良好的兼性厌氧性细菌。是人体肠道内的正常菌群。在调节宿主免疫功能方面起着非常重要的作用。近几年来对乳酸菌及其有效成分的的抗肿瘤作用研究较多。乳酸菌及其有效成分(肽聚糖、脂磷壁酸、DNA)具有抗肿瘤作用,且副作用甚微,其作用机理较复杂,人们对其认识还很肤浅,本文就乳酸菌及有效成分的抗肿瘤研究现状作了综述,并初步探讨其作用机制。
