目的:探讨甘露聚糖结合凝集素(MBL)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)和锌缺乏与儿童反复呼吸道感染的关系。方法:46例反复呼吸道感染儿童作为观察组,32例健康儿童作为对照组。对两组MBL、IGF-1和血锌水平进行测定。结果:观察组与对照组MBL、IGF-1及血锌相比分别降低,有统计学差异(P<0.01),同时MBL、IGF-1及血锌水平呈正相关(P均<0.05)。结论:儿童反复呼吸道感染的内在因素是免疫功能低下、紊乱,而血中MBL、IGF-1及锌显著降低,是造成儿童反复呼吸道感染主要原因之一,监测其变化对儿童反复呼吸道感染的诊治有重要意义。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between mannan-binding lectin (MBL), insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) and zinc deficiency in children with recurrent respiratory tract infections. Methods: 46 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection as observation group and 32 healthy children as control group. Two groups of MBL, IGF-1 and blood zinc levels were measured. Results: The levels of MBL, IGF-1 and Zinc in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.01). There was a positive correlation between MBL, IGF-1 and blood zinc levels (P <0.05). Conclusions: The internal factors of recurrent respiratory tract infections in children are immunocompromised and disorderly, while the levels of MBL, IGF-1 and Zinc in blood are significantly decreased, which is one of the main causes of recurrent respiratory tract infections in children. To monitor the diagnosis and treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infections in children There’s important meaning.
