我国福建存在水稻黄萎病(Rice yellow dwarf),病害可通过黑尾叶蝉(Ne-phtettix cincticeps)和二点黑尾叶蝉(N.uiresces)以持久性的方式传播;电光叶蝉(Recilia dorsalis)不能传病,其他方式如病土、病根和病株汁液也不能传病.病叶起薄切片的电镜观察表明,在叶脉韧皮组织的筛管中有大量的类菌原体(Mycoplasma-like organisms),其直径为200~1000nm。在健株组织中未查到这种菌体.采用150~200ppm 土霉素处理病株根部,可显著抑制症状的发生。根据病株的电镜观察和土霉素敏感性试验表明,可以认为我省发生的水稻黄萎病是由类菌原体所致,而与病毒无关。
Rice yellow dwarf is present in Fujian, China. The disease can be transmitted in a persistent manner by Ne-phtettix cincticeps and N. mexicana. Recilia dorsalis) can not be transmitted disease, other ways such as soil disease, diseased roots and diseased juice also can not transmit disease.Electron microscope observation of diseased leaves from thin sections showed that there are a large number of mycoplasma (Mycoplasma -like organisms) with a diameter of 200-1000 nm. In healthy tissue was not found in this strain of bacteria.Using 150 ~ 200ppm oxytetracycline treatment of diseased roots, can significantly inhibit the occurrence of symptoms. According to the electron microscopic observation and oxytetracycline susceptibility test of diseased plants, it can be concluded that the occurrence of rice verticillium wilt in our province is caused by mycoplasma, but not with the virus.
