翼状胬肉是眼科的常见病、多发病之一,手术后复发率较高,目前治疗方法很多,基本采用手术。我科试用了多种方法,其中以有蒂结膜办转移移植法效果最满意。1973年以来,我们对胬肉患者115例,共171只眼,进行治疗观察,治愈110例,复发5例,治愈率95.65%,复发率4.34%。我们认为此法具有取办简便,不易破碎,不易倒置,不易坏死及复发率低等优点,值得推广。现将 Pterygium is a common ophthalmology, frequently-occurring disease, high recurrence rate after surgery, the current treatment of many, the basic use of surgery.
