目的 : 探讨尖锐湿疣 (CA)细胞Fas、Bcl 2、Ki 6 7表达的意义。方法 : 对 2 8例CA用免疫组化法 ,观察Fas、Bcl 2及Ki 6 7的阳性表达。结果 : 2 8例 ( 10 0 % )Fas和Ki 6 7阳性 ,Bcl 2仅 8例( 2 8.6 % )有中低度的表达。其Fas、Bcl 2及Ki 6 7阳性细胞指数与病情严重度无显著相关性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 : CA中角质形成细胞Fas、Bcl 2的阳性表达可能与HPV感染的发生、发展有关 ,Ki 6 7过度表达可能与细胞周期加速有关
Objective: To investigate the expression of Fas, Bcl 2 and Ki 6 7 in condyloma acuminatum (CA) cells. Methods: The positive expression of Fas, Bcl 2 and Ki 6 7 in 28 cases of CA was detected by immunohistochemistry. RESULTS: Twenty eight (10%) were positive for Fas and Ki 6 7, and only 8 (2 8.6%) for Bcl 2 had moderate to low expression. There was no significant correlation between the index of Fas, Bcl-2 and Ki-67 positive cells and the severity of the disease (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The positive expression of Fas and Bcl 2 in keratinocytes in CA may be related to the occurrence and development of HPV infection. Ki 6 7 overexpression may be related to the accelerated cell cycle
