目的:探讨影响护理人员糖尿病护理胜任力的原因,并提出加强护理人员护理能力的管理建议。方法:在浙江省宁波市不同医院内随机抽选内分泌科护理人员100人,采用问卷形式对其糖尿病护理胜任力进行调查,包括沟通能力、护理技能、法律意识、人际关系等,分析评分结果。结果:是否带教、是否接受培训、职称高低、应聘关系和职业兴趣所造成的糖尿病护理胜任力评分之间存在明显差异(P<0.05);多因素分析显示,职称、职业兴趣是内分泌科护士糖尿病护理胜任力分化的主要原因(P<0.05)。结论:影响护理人员护理胜任力的原因很多,其中职业兴趣和职称高低是主要因素,日常管理中应完善职称评估制度,制定合理的培训方案,帮助护理人员强化自身专业能力,激发其工作积极性。
Objective: To explore the reasons that affect the nursing competency of diabetic nursing and put forward the management suggestion of strengthening the nursing ability of nursing staff. Methods: A total of 100 endocrinology nursing staffs were randomly selected from different hospitals in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. Questionnaire was used to investigate the competence of diabetes care, including communication skills, nursing skills, legal awareness and interpersonal relationship. Results were analyzed. Results: There was a significant difference (P <0.05) between diabetes care competency scores caused by teaching, training, job title, job relationship and career interests. Multivariate analysis showed that job title and occupational interest were endocrinology nurses Diabetes care competency differentiation of the main reasons (P <0.05). Conclusion: There are many reasons that affect the nursing competence of nursing staff. Among them, the occupational interest and job title are the main factors. In the daily management, the job evaluation system should be improved and a reasonable training program should be established to help the nursing staff to strengthen their professional abilities and stimulate their enthusiasm for work.
