主要考察了乳化剂、储备碱、润湿剂等因素对钻井液性能的影响,优选出油基钻井液体系的基本配方为[1]:280g基油中分别加一定量的乳化剂、储备碱、有机膨润土、降滤失剂、盐水(26%的氯化钙溶液)、润湿剂(4.0%乳化剂-2.5%储备碱-2.0%有机膨润土-2.0%降滤失剂-120g盐水-0.7%润湿剂),再用重晶石调至液体密度[2]为ρ=1.2g/cm3。室内实验评价结果表明:该油基钻井液体系选用重晶石作为加重剂较好,能获得稳定性能的同时还可以减少配浆成本;该油基钻井液体系具有较强的抑制防塌性能和较好的润滑性能,与清水及其他常规油基钻井液体系相比,其摩阻降低率达到73.8%。满足钻井液的各项性能要求。
