目的比较三七不同炮制品中人参皂苷Rg_1和Rb_1的含量及血管紧张素转化酶(angiotensin converting enzyme,ACE)抑制活性的差异。方法采用HPLC法测定三七不同炮制品中人参皂苷Rg_1和Rb_1的含量,采用Thermo ODS C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 m L·min~(-1),柱温为30℃,检测波长为203 nm;通过测定以马尿酰-组氨酰-亮氨酸为底物的酶孵育体系中马尿酸的生成量来评价三七不同炮制品的ACE抑制活性。结果三七不同炮制品中人参皂苷Rg_1和Rb_1的含量存在一定的差异,生三七>蒸制三七>油炸三七;三七及其炮制品的水提物均具有一定的ACE抑制活性,生三七>油炸三七>蒸制三七。结论生三七经蒸制或油炸后其活性成分人参皂苷Rg_1和Rb_1的含量均有不同程度的降低,三七不同炮制品的ACE抑制活性与其人参皂苷Rg_1和Rb_1的含量呈一定的相关性。
Objective To compare the contents of ginsenosides Rg_1 and Rb_1 and the inhibitory activities of angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) in different processed products of Panax notoginseng. Methods The contents of ginsenosides Rg_1 and Rb_1 in Panax notoginseng saponins were determined by HPLC. Results The content of ginsenosides Rg_1 and Rb_1 in Panax notoginseng was different from that in the other three treatments, and the effects of Sheng San Qi> Steamed Panax Notoginseng> Fried Panax Notoginseng and the water extract of Panax Notoginseng and its processed products all had certain ACE inhibitory activity , Health and Panax> fried Panax> steamed Panax. Conclusion The content of ginsenosides Rg_1 and Rb_1 of Sheng Sangqi after steaming or frying was decreased to some extent. The ACE inhibitory activity of different processed products of Sansanqi was correlated with the content of ginsenosides Rg_1 and Rb_1 .
