从产品生命周期的角度对组织任务特征进行系统分析。首先,提取覆盖各个行业内组织的产品全集对组织、任务复杂性进行分析,然后提出产品、组织与知识关系的概念模型,基于此概念模型并结合产品生产过程的生命周期具体分析各阶段中的组织与知识,得出组织任务特征。最后绘制完成任务的组织都适用的组织任务特征三维图,并对其在组织任务的分类、组织明确其具体阶段的知识需求以及完成组织目标上的应用进行具体说明。
The systematic analysis of organizational mission characteristics from the product life cycle perspective.
