为有效调动员工安全生产积极性,促进企业安全业绩及经济效益的提升,研究改善现有安全质量结构工资分配方法。采用理论分析与现场调研方法,研究安全质量结构工资方法的作用原理以及存在的问题。设计2种煤矿区(队)的安全质量结构工资分配方法模型。研究模型的实际应用情况,并给出安全人力资本概念。结果表明,改善安全质量结构工资,最终将改善组织成员的习惯性行为状态。煤矿企业可根据实际情况选择相应的模型,采用“双基”考核的方法考核安全结构工资,并选用奖罚相对数或奖罚绝对数核算安全质量结构工资。
In order to effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of employees in production safety and promote the improvement of corporate safety performance and economic benefits, we will study ways to improve the existing wage distribution method for safety and quality structure. The theoretical analysis and on-the-spot investigation methods are used to study the function principle and existing problems of the SAQM structure wage method. Design two kinds of coal mine (team) safety quality structure wage distribution method model. Study the actual application of the model and give the concept of safe human capital. The results show that improving the quality and safety of wage structure will eventually improve the organization’s habitual behavior. Coal mining enterprises can choose the appropriate model according to the actual situation, the use of “double base ” assessment method to assess the safety structure of wages, and use the reward or penalty relative number of absolute penalty or safety and quality structure of accounting wages.
