我公司是一家化纤企业公司,生产设备工艺及经济方面对供电可靠性要求较高,属二类负荷用电性质。根据可靠性要求,变压器按照暗备用方式设计选型。由于电力变压器的经济负荷率一般为50%左右,因此,理论上1400kVA的最大负荷选取两台1000kVA容量的变压器(即按70%的最大负荷率选取),正常情况下两台变压器同时参加工作,这时每台变压器均承担50%的最大负荷,变压器在正常情况下的最大负荷率为50%/70%≈70%,满足长期经济运行的要求,在故障情况下由于填充系数α<0.75,所以可以过负荷1.4倍,6h承担全部最大负荷
