图书馆流通服务是日常性的基础服务工作,其服务质量关系到馆藏文献资源的开发和利用,并影响到整个图书馆的形象和声誉。在分析高校图书馆流通服务工作特点及存在问题的基础上,提出了创新流通服务理念、服务模式、服务管理、服务内容、服务环境和服务沟通,加强流通服务队伍建设等对策建议,以提升流通服务质量,提高读者服务满意度,推进高校图书馆科学快速发展。
Library circulation service is a routine basic service work, and its service quality is related to the development and utilization of collection literature resources and affects the image and reputation of the entire library. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics and existing problems of circulation service in university libraries, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions such as innovative circulation service concept, service mode, service management, service content, service environment and service communication, and strengthening the construction of circulation service team in order to enhance circulation Service quality, improve customer service satisfaction, promote the rapid development of university library science.
