一、肾上腺皮质类固醇(Corticosteroids) 对正常心肌的影响 Nasmyth氏在动物的离体心脏研究发现氢化考地松(Hydroeortisone)有降低心脏收缩幅度和速率的现象。Naylor氏研究蛤蟆的离体心脏代谢,发现9α氟代氢考地松“9α Fluorothydrocortisone”能唤起一种类似毛地黄诱发的心肌肌缩力作用(Inotropic response)。但Nahas氏等应用狗的离体心肺制备研究,对上述二种解释均不支待。以10毫克琥珀酸氢化考地松(Hydrocortisone Suecinate)注入心肺循坏中,从心排出量,流出道之压力以及心电图的反映并未发现有重要的功能改变。在鼠类的研究中,钾的严重缺乏可产生心肌组织学上之损伤。Selye氏曾在用去氧皮质酮(Desoxycorticost-

Naylor’s study of the isolated heart metabolism of Toad found that 9α-fluorocortisone “9α Fluorothydrocortisone” evoked a similar Foxglove-induced myocardialotropic effect (Inotropic Response). However, studies of isolated cardiopulmonary preparation by dogs, such as Nahas, did not support the above two explanations. With 10 mg of Hydrocortisone Suecinate injected into cardiopulmonary bypass, there was no significant functional change from cardiac output, pressure from the outflow tract, and a reflection of the electrocardiogram.
