目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在高血压病早期测定血管内皮功能的作用。方法采用高分辨率超声测量100例高血压病患者和100例健康对照者在反应性充血及含服硝酸甘油前后肱动脉内径的变化。结果高血压病组反应性充血引起的肱动脉内径变化明显减弱,与正常对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);含服硝酸甘油后肱动脉内径均明显扩张,两组间差异无统计学意义。结论高血压病患者存在血管内皮功能受损情况,超声法检测FMN对于其判断病情、预后及对并发症的防治有很大作用。
Objective To investigate the role of color Doppler ultrasound in the early detection of vascular endothelial function in patients with essential hypertension. Methods The changes of the diameter of brachial artery in 100 hypertensive patients and 100 healthy volunteers before and after reactive hyperemia and oral administration of nitroglycerin were measured by high resolution ultrasound. Results The changes of brachial artery diameter induced by reactive hyperemia in hypertensive patients were significantly weaker than those in normal controls (P <0.05). The diameters of brachial artery in patients with hypertensive disorder were significantly increased after treatment with nitroglycerin. The differences between the two groups No statistical significance. Conclusion Hypertension patients have impaired vascular endothelial function. The detection of FMN by ultrasound may play a significant role in the diagnosis of the disease, prognosis and prevention of complications.
