目的:探讨生活日记在糖尿病患者教育中的应用效果。方法:选取我院2012年7月—2013年7月93例糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组45例,观察组48例,对照组采用传统集体讲座与个别辅导相结合,书面形式与口头示范相结合的健康教育,发放健康教育手册;观察组在此基础上发放糖尿病生活日记本,在护理人员指导下记录生活日记。结果:两组患者住院2周自我管理能力比较,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。出院3月后空腹、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:患者书写生活日记可提高学习相关疾病知识的兴趣,加深对健康教育知识的掌握,提升自我管理能力,有利于控制血糖,值得推广和应用。
Objective: To explore the application of diary of life in the education of diabetic patients. Methods: Ninety-three patients with diabetes mellitus in our hospital from July 2012 to July 2013 were randomly divided into control group (n = 45) and observation group (n = 48). In the control group, traditional group lectures and individual counseling were combined. Written and verbal demonstration Combined with health education, a health education manual was issued. On the basis of this, the observation team issued diary of diabetic life and recorded the diary of life under the guidance of nursing staff. Results: Compared with the control group (P <0.05), the self-management ability of the two groups in hospital for 2 weeks was better than that of the control group. Fasting after discharge in 3 months, 2 hours postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, total cholesterol, triglyceride, the observation group was better than the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: The daily life diary of patients can increase their interest in learning relevant disease knowledge, deepen their knowledge of health education, enhance self-management ability, and control blood sugar. It is worthy of promotion and application.
