目的:病毒性心肌炎(VMC)的治疗没有特异方法,本实验探讨三七总苷对VMC的作用及其对诱生型一氧化氮合成酶(iNOS)的影响及意义。方法:本实验是在建立VMC小鼠动物模型的基础上探讨了三七总苷对VMC小鼠心肌炎细胞浸润、心肌坏死的影响及其对iNOS蛋白表达的影响及意义。结果:三七总苷干预组小鼠心肌的炎细胞浸润和心肌坏死较单纯VMC组明显减轻,VMC小鼠iNOS蛋白持续表达,表达高峰在接种病毒后9天,三七总苷治疗组iNOS蛋白表达明显减少。结论:三七总苷对VMC有治疗作用,并能明显减少iNOS的表达。三七总苷减少iNOS及NO可能是其治疗VMC的机制之一。
OBJECTIVE: There is no specific method for the treatment of viral myocarditis (VMC). In this study, we investigated the effect of Panax notoginseng glycoside on VMC and its effect on inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS). Methods: This experiment was based on the establishment of animal models of VMC mice, and explored the effects of total glucosides of Panax notoginseng on myocardial cell infiltration and myocardial necrosis in VMC mice and its effect on the expression of iNOS protein. RESULTS: Inflammatory cell infiltration and myocardial necrosis were significantly reduced in mice treated with Panax notoginseng saponins compared with VMC alone. The iNOS protein in VMC mice was continuously expressed. The peak of expression was 9 days after the virus inoculation. iNOS protein in Panax notoginseng treatment group The expression was significantly reduced. Conclusion: Panax notoginseng has a therapeutic effect on VMC, and can significantly reduce the expression of iNOS. The decrease of total glucosides of panax notoginseng may be one of the mechanisms for the treatment of VMC.
