本文根据试验的结果,提出了细丝CO_2焊在高强钢(σb>100公斤/毫米~2)高压容器(工作压力>200大气压)中应用的可能性和可靠性。CO_2焊是我国目前重点推广的先进焊接工艺之一。但细丝CO_2焊在高强钢(σb>100公斤/毫米~2)中的应用,特别是在高强钢制成的重要焊接结构中的应用,尚不够普遍。文中详细介绍了细丝CO_2焊和埋弧自动焊焊接高压容器的质量情况和进行模拟疲劳试验的对比情况,以及试验结果的分析,说明细丝CO_2焊代替埋弧自动焊焊接压力容器是完全可行的。
According to the test results, the feasibility and reliability of the application of filament CO_2 welding in high pressure steel (σb> 100 kg / mm ~ 2) high pressure vessel (working pressure> 200 atm) are proposed.
