本文述评了我国已通过质量体系认证企业在质量手册接口设计方面的经验:针对企业普遍存在质量活动接口矛盾,提出具体接口分析方法及表达形式;在质量手册总体设计基础上,详细列出并施行的接口设计程序及评价指标;在手册编制及运作的不同阶段规定并采取的控制和协调措施。文章强调:一个有效的质量体系应制订、发布和保持各种不同质量活动接口的控制和协调文件。这样,质量手册的接口设计对质量手册的有效运作就具有普遍意义。
This article reviews China’s experience in the quality system interface design for companies that have passed quality system certification: In response to the prevalence of quality activity interface contradiction among companies, specific interface analysis methods and expressions are presented; based on the overall design of the quality manual, detailed listing and implementation The interface design procedures and evaluation indicators; the control and coordination measures specified and adopted at different stages of the preparation and operation of the manual. The article emphasizes that an effective quality system should formulate, publish and maintain control and coordination documents for various quality activity interfaces. In this way, the interface design of the quality manual has universal significance for the effective operation of the quality manual.
