教学训练本篇共分二十二小节,可供业余拳击教练员教学和拳击爱好者自学参考使用。时间安排可视学员的接受能力和进度情况灵活掌握,每节大约应训练三—七天。每节训练结束后,最好进行技术考核并记录成绩,以利巩固和提高。基本技术练习 1.拳击实战预备基本姿势。 2.左直拳。 3.左直拳的防守方法(拍击、闪躲)。
Teaching and training This section is divided into twenty-two sections, available for amateur boxing trainers teaching and boxing enthusiasts self-study reference. The scheduling can be flexible according to the acceptability and progress of the trainee, and should be trainee for about three to seven days per section. After each training session, it is best to conduct a technical assessment and record the results so as to consolidate and improve the training. Basic technical exercises 1.
