妇女怀孕之后,由于胎儿生长发育和孕妇自身准备的需要,必须从膳食中得到足够的营养物质。孕妇营养的好坏,不仅直接影响到胎儿的生长及其脑细胞的发育,而且对婴儿的智力发育也至关重要。另外,孕妇营养不良还容易造成流产、早产、死胎、胎儿畸形等等。
After a woman’s pregnancy, due to the needs of the fetus’s growth and development of the pregnant woman’s own body, sufficient nutrients must be obtained from the diet. Pregnancy nutrition is good or bad, not only directly affects the fetal growth and brain cell development, but also essential for the baby’s intellectual development. In addition, malnutrition in pregnant women also easily lead to miscarriage, premature birth, stillbirth, fetal malformations and so on.
