目的研究南海短指软珊瑚的化学成分。方法综合利用各种层析方法分离和纯化化合物,并利用光谱学和理化性质来鉴定化合物结构。结果从中分离得到8个甾体化合物,分别鉴定为24-methylcholesta-5,24(28)-diene-3β,7β3,19-triol(1)、24-methylcholesta-5,24(28)-diene-3β,7β,19-triol-7β-monoacetate(2)、litosterol(3)、24-methylcholesta-5,24(28)-diene-3β,7β,19-triol-3β,7β,19-triacetate(4)、24-methylcholesta-24(28)-ene-3β,5α,6β,19-tetrol(5)、hyrtiosterol(4α-methyl-2β,3β,8β,11β-tetrol-5α-ergost-22(23),24(28)-diene)(6)、5,6-epoxylitosterol(7)、armatinol A(8)。结论化合物1~8都是首次从该属软珊瑚中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical composition of the soft-shelled coral in the South China Sea. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by various chromatographic methods, and the structures of compounds were identified by spectroscopic and physicochemical properties. Results Eight steroidal compounds were isolated and identified as 24-methylcholesta-5,24 (28) -diene-3β, 7β3,19-triol (1), 24-methylcholesta-5,24 3β, 7β, 19β-7β-monoacetate (2), litosterol (3), 24-methylcholesta-5,24 (28) -diene- (24) -ene-3β, 5α, 6β, 19-tetrol (5), hyrtiosterol (4α-methyl-2β, 3β, 8β, 11β-tetrol- , 24 (28) -diene) (6), 5,6-epoxylitosterol (7), armatinol A (8). Conclusions Compounds 1 ~ 8 are isolated from this genus of soft corals for the first time.
