目的:评价中药活血化瘀方对创伤性窒息脑损害的治疗效果。方法:建立大鼠创伤性窒息脑损害的动物模型,应用活血化瘀方治疗,观察海马 CA1区神经元形态学改变,计算机图像分析神经元数目的变化;用 Morris 水迷宫进行学习记忆功能测定。结果:创伤性窒息脑损害7、14、30 d 海马神经元数量减少,中药治疗组能改善其病理损害;中药治疗后大鼠的学习记忆能力在治疗14、21、30 d 明显提高,而在3、7 d 差异无显著性。结论:中药活血化瘀方对创伤性窒息脑损害有较好的治疗效果,为该病的治疗提供了一个新的方法。
Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine Huoxuehuayu Decoction on traumatic asphyxia brain damage. METHODS: A rat model of traumatic asphyxia brain injury was established and treated with Huoxuehuayu Decoction. The morphological changes of neurons in hippocampal CA1 region were observed, computer images were used to analyze the changes in the number of neurons, and Morris water maze was used to determine the learning and memory function. Results: The number of hippocampal neurons was decreased in 7, 14 and 30 days after traumatic asphyxia. The Chinese medicine treatment group could improve the pathological damage. The learning and memory ability of rats after Chinese medicine treatment was significantly improved on the 14th, 21st and 30th days of treatment. There was no significant difference between 3 and 7 d. Conclusion: The traditional Chinese medicine Huoxuehuayu Decoction has a good therapeutic effect on traumatic asphyxia brain damage, and provides a new method for the treatment of this disease.
