在“新常态”下,我省区域经济转型升级引发对高素质技术技能型人才的大量需求并因而对高职教育提出更高要求。加速高职教育发展、提高高职人才培养质量是适应“新常态”的迫切要求。针对目前我省高职人才培养管理过程中存在的问题,应针对性地加强高职教育资源的优化配置与管理,从加大高职教育财政投入与均衡化力度、加快改革高职招生制度,提高高职生源质量和加强基础教育质量管理等方面进行突破。
Under the “new normal”, the transformation and upgrading of the regional economy in our province have led to a large demand for high-quality skilled workers and thus put higher demands on higher vocational education. Accelerating the development of higher vocational education and improving the quality of personnel training in higher vocational education are the urgent requirements to adapt to the “new normal”. In order to solve the problems existing in the process of personnel training and management in higher vocational education in our province, we should strengthen the optimal allocation and management of higher vocational education resources in a targeted manner. We should increase the financial input and equalization of higher vocational education, speed up the reform of higher vocational enrollment system, Improve vocational students source quality and strengthen the quality of basic education management and other breakthroughs.
