为了弥补自动谈判中谈判对象的选择方面的不足,引入了电子商务中的信任评估机制。首先,拓展了信任的信息来源,增加了提供者会向消费者提供其周围竞争者的交互记录这一新信息来源;其次,引入了消费者个性特征,使其更符合开放式的多Agent系统环境;最后,把信任机制引入到谈判系统中。通过实验仿真表明,基于信任机制的谈判比无信任机制的谈判有更好的效果。
In order to make up for the lack of choice of negotiators in automated negotiation, a trust evaluation mechanism in e-commerce was introduced. First, expanding the sources of trust and increasing the new source of information that providers provide consumers with interactive records of their surrounding competitors; secondly, introducing consumer personality traits that make them more in line with an open, multi-agent system Environment; finally, introduce the trust mechanism into the negotiation system. The experimental simulation shows that the negotiation based on trust mechanism has a better effect than the negotiation without trust mechanism.
