乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)感染对人类健康造成巨大威胁,持续的HBV慢性感染还与肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)的发生有密切关系。其中HBV X基因编码的X蛋白作为一种多功能蛋白,不仅在HBV的复制中起到重要作用,而且通过其反式激活作用激活、调节细胞内的信号通路以及使抑癌基因失活等作用共同来诱导HCC。因此,近年来针对(hepatitis B virus X protein,HBx)在HBV复制和致HCC中的作用机制成为研究的热点。本文从HBx的细胞定位,调节HBV复制,反式激活作用,影响细胞凋亡,诱导HCC等方面的研究进展做以下综述。
Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection poses a great threat to human health. Continuous chronic HBV infection is also closely related to the occurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The X protein encoded by HBV X gene, as a multifunctional protein, not only plays an important role in the replication of HBV, but also activates its transactivation, regulates intracellular signaling and inactivates the tumor suppressor gene Together to induce HCC. Therefore, the mechanism of action of hepatitis B virus X protein (HBx) in HBV replication and HCC in recent years has become a hot topic. In this review, we summarize the progress of HBx in cellular localization, regulation of HBV replication, transactivation, apoptosis, and induction of HCC.
